• What is the Siliconera Special Offers Program?
  The Siliconera Special Offers program is a place where members like you get prizes for completing offers from third party sponsors and referring friends!
  
  Unlike other prize sites you get a prize for every offer you complete! You won't need to fill out 10,000 surveys here.
• How do you giveaway prizes?
  We're like a sponsored santa claus. Since these are sponsored offers we can provide awesome gifts as an incentive for trying out or purchasing products through the program.
• Does the Special Offers program cost any money?
  Joining the program is completely free. Offers may include free trials and in some cases paying shipping and handling for a sample. Since you're visiting vendors like Netflix through the program you get free gifts! Sponsored offers have their own set of policies you should read before completing an offer.
  
  It doesn't cost a dime or even a free trial to refer friends which is another way to get prizes!
• How do I refer a friend?
  First, you have to be part of the club. Then pick an offer. Every offer has its own referral link and its own set of referral prizes. Send the link to your friends, co-workers, and mortal enemies. When they sign up and complete the offer you get credited for the referral. Rack up referral points and you get prizes!
• How do I get my prizes?
  If your prize is a code redeemable for a downloadable game or say Xbox Live Arcade points it will be sent to you via e-mail. Don't worry if you delete button trigger finger syndrome. All of your codes are saved in your My Prizes folder.
  
  If your prize is something that needs to be shipped like a Nintendo DSi it won't be sent by e-mail. We don't know how to send DSis over e-mail. Beta remember. Once it's mailed out you'll get a message with a tracking code which will be also saved in your My Prizes folder.
• I didn't get my prize. Now I'm sad (T_T).
  Did you check your e-mail and My Prizes folder? You did? Seriously? Sorry (-_-;) send us a ticket by clicking on support and we'll get right on the issue.
• How come there aren't many offers?
  The is new car scent smell new and are working out all the technical kinks in the system before expanding it. If you notice a bug send us a support ticket so we can squash it.
• I don't live in the US. Can I join?
  At this exact second? Not yet. Sorry. Don't hate us! This is another thing we're figuring out. Once everything is in place we'll post an announcement. d(^.^)b
• Hey for the Xbox Netflix offer can I get two $5 Xbox Live Arcade game codes?
  Sure, just put the names of both $5 games in the box. However, Amazon has a habit of changing prices fast. If one of the games moves back to $10 we'll give you a code for that game. If both games are $10 we'll send you an e-mail.
• I have a question that isn't answered here!
